I am an early career academic with extensive experience in teaching and research. I have developed Ardent Psychology (A.P.) to share resources, knowledge, and skills, that I have developed in the previous 14 years as a student and academic.
PhD
My thesis, Investigation of the definition, measurement, and development, of feminist identity, produced two key outcomes:
The Feminist Social Identity Scale
The Millennial Feminist Identity Development Model
Research
My areas of interest include feminist identity, objectification theory, experiences with sexism and discrimination, and social identity theory.
I am experienced in quantitative and qualitative research design and have contributed to a broad range of research projects
Teaching
I have been a lecturer at a Federation University since 2020. Prior to that, I worked at Swinburne University of Technology as a tutor and convenor for over 7 years
Supervision
I am available to supervise Honours and Masters students. My previous students have researched topics such as:
